Please do not confuse these spas with cheap import or Chinese spas, they are all good quality British/American spas and are the subject of special offers for one of the following reasons:
- Slow moving stock. Usually as a result of cancelled orders
- Old models. Due to the large number of spas we import and sell, we have many new models and innovations on spas that some become less attractive by comparison with newer models.
- Slight transit damage. By this we mean shell scratches and cabinet damage. Our Stateside manufacturers prefer to dispose of slightly damaged spas in the UK offering huge discounts - rather than recall the spa to America - due to the heavy shipping costs involved. In most cases we make the necessary repairs and, unless pointed out, it would be difficult to find the repair. It is an industry fact that 50% of spas and hot tubs are the subject of some kind of repair before the customer takes delivery.
Occasionally a spa will have a slight defect, such as a missing headrest or a sub-standard jet, but this will always be pointed out in the remarks so that you know exactly what you are buying. Remember, these spas are mostly current or very recent models and parts are always available from the manufacturers. We will give you all the help and information you require to order the parts over the internet.
It is important to understand that all spas get a thorough pre-delivery inspection and are fully tested for 48 hours in our own factory with water at 40oC.
The picture of the spa on the web page and in the leaflet is the exact spa you are buying and not a misleading copy from an alternative source.
